I like the cityscape. I think you could make it more dramatic by upping the contrast and lightning it up a bit. Also a crop. I would cut it just above the top of the tower, making the towers height more dramatic. I also would narrow it a bit. Crop the left a little and the on the right have a little bit of sky besdie the tall tower. Experiment with different crops, sometimes a little off a side makes a great image 200 times bette!
