This Weekend: The Black Stump Music Fesitval!

I'm going with Mark (my best friend from about sixth grade onwards) and Rachel, his girlfriend and our housemate. We're basically camping it up for four days and getting very, very dirty and sweaty.

October 12-15: Melbourne Trip with Laurie (and possibly Sparky and Shrubbery, but it's still up in the air)
We're going down there (lovely 12 hour drive) and basically hanging around, then going to the Armageddon convention.
Not only do we finally get to see Chris on this side of the puddle, but we get an awesome looking covention to boot.

Instead, I got the hang out at the this is not art festival.

Yes. It's an art festival run in central Newcastle. It's a mix up of the Electro Fringe (music) and Young Writers Festival (writing) along with performance art and all kinds of wank.
