I know, I was sad he had no lines either. However, he was at least IN the movie, and darling Chris did an amazing job. I mean, who didn't hate him? I know I did. He didn't have to speak a word for that to come across! ;)

I'm afraid to talk about the movie just yet. I don't want to spoil it for anyone that might not have seen it yet. Since everyone's so spread out in different countries and all.

I saw it on IMAX 3D a few nights ago. I was entertained and there was a lot I liked about it (for example, Luna), but I wasn't super thrilled. I still think Goblet of Fire is my favorite HP film to date, followed by Prisoner of Azkaban.

Ugh, PoA is my least favorite. I almost hate that film. I LOOOOOOVE GoF however.

I don't know what it is about PoA, but I can hardly stand to watch it for some reason. I don't like the feel it gives me. I remember coming out of seeing it at midnight or whatever, and just feeling so incredibly depressed about it. I saw it only one more time a week later with a friend who hadn't seen it and we made fun of it the whole time, and only then did I feel I wasn't depressed anymore.

I loved GoF because it was like a middle ground between the extreme styles of the innocent first two and the dark third. Enough laughs, but just the right amount of darkness to it.

I saw OOTP yesterday, it was brilliant! Next week I am going to IMAX to see the 3D version, I cant wait :P

Though, I was a bit disappointed at scenes with Percy... They didnt explain anything and then he just appeared out of the blue holding Harry and Cho.... :?

I'm going to see OotP again in the next week or so and see if my opinion of it changes any. After all, I was in a rather foul mood after arriving late and having to constantly shush four chattering 13 year olds during the course of the film. (One girl was whispering the entire time, explaining the whole damn movie because she hadn't read the book, and after "SSSHHH!!!!"ing about six times, I had to nudge one girl in the side. They finally apologized and shut up.)
I suppose it didn't help that I was also sitting smack dab in the front row at the IMAX, my neck was craned for two hours. Oh boy did it hurt for the next day.

...as I said though, I do plan on re-watching the film under less stressful circumstances, and perhaps I'll like it better next time 'round.

yes it sounds a bit stressful how you had it,
we got in the cinema and i was shocked there seemed hardly anyone in there, we got in early, but when going out the film it was almost full, only person spoiling it for me was my brother he kept doing sarcy comments and telling me not to laugh, i could have elbowed him but i didnt want to miss any part of the movie lol.

hopefully chris talks in the extras when the DVD comes out, but till then im going to go to the cinema as much as possible lol.

True. You really do have to read the book for explanations. Tonks for instance. Nothing about her being a metamorphmagi (is that how it's spelled??? haha). Course I've read the book like ten times, so it didn't bother me. I'm going this week to see it in 3D too, as this is the first time our IMAX is showing an actual movie. We've had the thing for 10 years at least, but they've only showed their own, nature documentary kind of stuff. Which I love, don't get me wrong. I also believe this is the first 3D IMAX showing here as well. Hopefully I can go to it tomorrow.

I'm jealous of everyone who has gotten to see it already! I'm not going to see it until next Sunday. It's not that I can't...I just haven't had the chance to go. And I also promised my mom I'd go to see it with her when I get back in town. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially after hearing all the good things everyone has been saying!

PoA was my favorite movie (one of the few who of that opinion) aside from Dan crying. I'd put OotP at a very close second. I'm going to see it again tuesday, but in German, so the voices will be horrible, but I'd have to say my favorite characters this time around were Neville and Luna.
