Strange...

Yeah, this one is pretty self-explanatory.

Strange...

So, I'm new to the message board. I was just looking around and I found a strange coincidence. My wedding date will be the same as Chris' birthday. I'm getting married 11-8-08. I just thought that was an interesting coincidence. Anyway, that's all I really had to say. It's not exactly the best post ever! Hello to everyone by the way!

Dates are funny like that. I was married on the day Steve Irwin died. We arrived at the hotel and switched on the telly, and there's stuff about him all over the telly. I don't think I have any funny dates to do with Chris though, rendering this post useless.
I do, however, live in a place called Rankin Park. I also, for a time, lived on a Percy Street, which is connected to both an Arthur street and a George Street.
All the same, welcome along, megmaw!

[random]... but as soon as I saw this thread name, that song by the Doors came on the radio that goes "When you're strange..." So I read the word at the exact moment the same word was sung on the radio, and it indeed was strange. ;)

That's all very strange! Come on, let's see how many times people can say the word 'strange' in this thread! Is it a strange request? I hope Lynn doesn't find the spamming a bit strange. :P

Strange, how you stopped loving meeeee
How you stopped needing me
When she came along
Ohhhh, how strange

Strange, you changed like night and day
Just up and walked away
When she came along
Ohhhhh, how strange....

Sorry, but Strange sung by Patsy Cline is the song that strangely pops into my head everytime I read the title of this strange thread.

You have to take a grain of salt with some people. With my family, you need a whole margarita!

HAHA! Is that really Patsy Cline? How strange! ;)I love her, but can't help laughing at the lyrics, because the word 'strange' itself doesn't seem very singable!!

Strangely she sings the heck out of the word strange. It's one of my favorite songs of hers. I have an autographed picture of her....My grandfather was a DJ ;)

Woo! Get you!

How strange! The word DJ reminds me of a room in my school, called the Douglas Jefferson soon. They abbreviate it as DJ, and it really makes me jump in my seat, cause emails go round saying: "Bollywood film group at the DJ room" and I always think somebody's gonna play some music! Hehe.

Haha that is cool and congrats on your wedding in '08. Some dates just add up in the ironic sense of things. I'm not a huge fan of fate but sometimes it seems to really play out in these kind of ways. If you know what I mean, lol.
